Gingerbread Choo-Choo

I saw these fun gingerbread train kits and thought it would be a great Christmas activity for Ben. After I showed it to him this afternoon and told him we would make it after dinner, he kept saying "Eat first, then make choo-choo" over and over. He was so excited. He helped put the gingerbread together to make the train first (I don't have any pictures of that stage.) Then it was time to decorate -- and eat the candy. I think Ben ate as much as he put on the train.









His finished choo-choo! Next project: Christmas cookies!

    Multiple posts in one day!! Love the pictures, my goodness clare has grown! And the gingerbread choo choo kit is awesome! I always see these gingerbread kits but always thought they were going to be too hard to do! Guess I should buy one next year!
